From our Forest to your Table

Forest House Farm offers edible flowers, herbs, fruit, and vegetables grown organically in gardens surrounded by a heavy forest canopy. Our culinary mushrooms are grown in our bespoke production house, with a very special seasonal run of Wine Cap and log-grown Shiitake and Oyster Mushrooms harvested from our forest. In early 2028, we will begin offering Big Leaf Maple syrup tapped from our trees and fully processed onsite.

We are highly selective about how much and what we grow and harvest, prioritizing enjoying the quiet rewards of living and working in a forest over mass production.
